Cities of Music - UNESCO

United Nations – United Communities? Powered By The Magic Of Music? | #UNDay #Music #CitiesOfMusic

Source: https://citiesofmusic.net Today is UN Day. The day when the United Nations came into being. See note at the end of this posting what is observed this day, and first and foremost: THE COMING YEAR! UN celebrates 75 years next year – 2020! Within the UN community of bodies, one institution is very warm to my heart – UNESCO. Last decade, they launched Cities Of Music initiative. And, I am proud to be living in a town that is included in this select few of Cities Of Music – Norrköping! — When UN celebrated 50 years, only ONE from the…

Exposing yourself to reach acceptance? | #Grief #Process #MikaTheAngel

Went thru ALL photos taken with this cellphone today, from February and onwards. The last months with Mika passing by in two hours. A truly exhaustive experience. But my belief is that this is needed to eventually and hopefully reach the final and last phase of the grief process – acceptance. As visiting the grave, daily. And now coming to “mostly daily”. Today added with Japanese Maple Leafs. Feeling that the grief process is catching up on us in one heavy and core aspect – deep exhaustion. So. Boosting and healing! Running yesterday. Kundalini Yoga at the studio tonighr! All…

Mika’s Death Announced Today At St. Matthew’s Church, Norrköping, Today – And A Plea For Help | #MikaTheHero #MikaMemorial #MikaByeBye

We went to the church today, for the services. For the record – my religious ‘belief’ has been stated at that blue-white empire beginning with an F (“the Book of Faces” …?) since I joined: IN EMERGENCE. No essays about that, here and now. To the point – The priest nailed it in the sermon today, what could be a description of our lives right now. To thrive in chaos, and to just go on. Crash, and to get back. Now, beyond the greatest loss and pain ever felt, we are also economically totally on the edge. With the ceremony…

Living the grief – and finding the healing | #MikaTheHero #RIP

Let the forest be our healer. In Grännäs, Valdemarsvik, at my mother-in-law Hedwig. Co-grief. Just took a forest therapy walk, and an evening tea after that. Now in bed. We will be here until Wednesday. Photos from back and front view from the house, “Hedwigsborg” – Castle of Hedwig. Sleep, holy sleep, come! And let Mika come through in my dreams tonight to hear him say he is ok! We survived – barely – the first night without Mika. Sleep came to us against all odds, in rounds of three. Mantras help! Yesterday every single breath was a victory against…

Things Making Your Day | #blog366 #PhotoStory

We made a Longwalk today, Karin, Mika and I. Pokemon Go Halloween Special, extra rewarding for my Karin! Me, supporting. We had main target to visit a charity store in Ingelsta, where giving = fika! And we found some Xmas gifts already – books! And I am truly proud of Karin pushing her limits, out walking like this. Almost 12k steps. Yay!.  A visit to neighbouring toy store. Roar! Before going. In bed. Mika wants to govern the gadget! Photo by Karin – this time! At Hovet, Stockholm. Jean-Michel Jarre, live. Feeling the vibes from my friends, on distance. Will…
