Arriving this morning, for a three day workshop with my mentor and friend Bengt Johannisson, prof. em. in entrepreneurship and business development. I am helping him to virtualize himself, starting off with a WordPress Site and adding social web services onwards. He helps me in my PhD Thesis Synopsis to make my interest in researching how Music For Health is researched tangible, sense-made and doable. He and his wife shows great and warm hospitality, being here in his home for the first time – 19 years beyond the first meeting! Better late than never! Lovely to meet their dog Winnie…
Today we were at the big clothing swap for kid’s clothing at Vittra School in Norrköping, taking place every Spring. We got some great findings. Besides clothes, a nice interactive kiddie World Atlas! Then we were at the library, and the toy store. A nice day in full Spring sun! Life”s great!
We made a little roundtrip to Valdemarsvik today – on demand by Mika! We took his whole wooden train set with us – following his strong will. A great little mini vacation. Thanks Hedwig for your hospitality and generosity!
Instaclassic. No further comments. A Day in the name of ‘THAT’. WHAT? LOVE! It exploded at Stadium Arena today. Junior Achievement – the “Swedish Incarnation”. Regional Fair and Awards! Whoa! More happened this day. In the same spirit! But now, hit the Image and then hit yourself with the Love Bomb! YES!
Today we institutionalized “the laziest day of the year”. First Sunday in March! The very day when Vasaloppet takes place! The oldest and longest ski race in the world. 90 km – and turning 100 in three years! Norway won! And so, they did, as well, in the 50 km in Seefeld. Damn Norwegians! Anywebs, we went on with the Norwegian theme, and paid a visit to Arendal – where Mika truly loved Frost! Sunday Matinee at its best! Gotta love it. So. From restful recovery to sleepy serenity! Tomorrow brings back some action again, oh yeah!
Magnetic Mix 016: Amine K, curated by Magnetic Magazine. Got me thru the wading of the piles of books at the annual book sale, done first thing beyond leaving Mika at kindergarten. Three gems found! More about that later. Afternoon spent at Loffice – Library Office! Planning the 24/7/365 work called ‘life’, with focus on puzzling together a weekly schedule. Amine K is from Morocco, and this was a nice, melodic, groovy flow. Perfect work-a-music!
WHO recommends 10k a day. Today – a peak! Mika preschool leaving and getting, a meeting other side of town, then Aikido class. Yay! Sleep well, folks! I will!
Photo by Karin / @akrogirl – from #MikaTheHero Flow. At the waiting room. Yesterday Mika fell off his chair, backwards, on the kitchen carpet. Very hurtful, but nothing seemed to be broken in his arm. After a night with pain, we made a call to the public health service at 1177, and they recommended to go to the kiddie ER at our hospital Vrinnevi here in Norrköping – better safe than sorry! Lucky he was – “only” his radius was snapped out a bit, and was easily snapped back just by the doctor’s hand. And x-ray confirmed nothing was broken,…
Days. I am curious, so I want to have many of them. Until 23rd of November, 2078, I hope I feel the mission is complete, this carnation. And intentionally, flip to the pure place of the love field, and stay!
Today, Mika turned 18 months. 1 point 5 years. 547 days. And growing! Here he is at our city library, again. We just love it. And hope, that he will grow on loving the temple of books and other media. The public sphere, with access to knowledge and stories of all kind. Here he showed some slices of his radiant charming personality. Playing peek-a-boo with some tween girls around 10yo. Making them laugh. Giggling himself. Before, we went to the first visit at the dentist, just an introductory small check, and general info. All things OK. After, we went to…
