In my journey of recovery and rehab, I have much to thank Kundalini Yoga, and NKYC, the center in Norrköping. As a token of gratitude, I helped them out when they were closing their center in Norrköping, in order to focus only on their main one in Söderköping. A quite painful moment, since I remember much of Mika being there as well, playing around, during my work trial/work training year 2017/2018. Thank you Jan and Kathleen, and good luck with the future direction and development!

Exposing yourself to reach acceptance? | #Grief #Process #MikaTheAngel
Went thru ALL photos taken with this cellphone today, from February and onwards. The last months with Mika passing by in two hours. A truly exhaustive experience. But my belief is that this is needed to eventually and hopefully reach the final and last phase of the grief process – acceptance. As visiting the grave, daily. And now coming to “mostly daily”. Today added with Japanese Maple Leafs. Feeling that the grief process is catching up on us in one heavy and core aspect – deep exhaustion. So. Boosting and healing! Running yesterday. Kundalini Yoga at the studio tonighr! All…
Wendy In Memoriam – Playing Together With Mika, We Feelz | #WendyTheCat #MikaTheAngel #WMHD
Today, passing by with a seven-year cycle, Wendy left us for #TheOtherworld (link to a photo from her last day in #Thisworld). Does humans meet Pure Light, and our other family members walking over the Rainbow Bridge? Trick question! Pure Light IS the Rainbow! All a matter of perspective, right? We lit our Memorial Candle in the kitchen today. And yes – the kitchen was my Sorrow Therapy Place of today. Music, re:claimed! After some two weeks off track totally, I lost even the Lullaby Blogging! So many things happening, and on my focused and disciplined to-do list, intention is…
Gong Bath | #gong
Today I attended the montly gong bath at the Kundalini Yoga studio. After a rough night’s sleep with a sick Mika, and me having a hard time getting asleep, it was a great recovery with the gong experience!
Projects 2019 – part one | #projects
Today I start a series of blog posts digesting what I intend to accomplish in all walks of life for the rest of the year. Listing a line of projects, big and small, bold and safe. Personal – health and work First of all – health! Still, I am in process to get to full health. For the moment, I have 25 percent sickness degree, to which I will test if it’s possible to work at maximum 30 hours of 40 of the week. I continue to work as a Substitute Teacher at Fria Läroverken in Norrköping, but so far…
Three Images – One Love! | #PhotoStory #blog31
Day, beyond breakfast. A brilliant documentary. John Lennon: Imagine. Watch it! Beyond domestic services and fika, first event of the year. Gong Bath. Screen dump from my Insta Story. Try it! And last – but not least! Mika’s new outfit! A new pyjamas with motive from his fav kid TV show right now! More on that tomorrow on my Insta! Then, we had a TV Night, with happy Mika in bed in his new outfit. Good Night!
9. I as in Inspiration! | #Wishlist2017
The immaterial wishes continues to dominate my wishlist for 2017, a wishlist exercise which I aim to establish as a tradition, beyond my birthday. An exercise done during vacation and holiday times! What I felt during some time, is a bit of lack of inspiration, especially when it comes to create texts or music. My blogging has went down in speed and frequency beyond the #blog365 challenge 2016, and writing more extended essays or texts haven’t been taking place since ending up writing the first full draft of my book that never went into full publishing all the way, or…
