And after some stormy two weeks or so in rear view mirror – I feel fine! No wonder that song got stuck in the head after the brilliant The Beatles documentary, short blogged yesterday. Unmissable! With that said, good night!

The Beatles Documentary Eight Days a Week – Live Première | #blog101 #MusicForHealth #TheBeatles #PhotoStory
Tonight, I got a mindblowing experience from my beloved Karin as a 50 year anniversary gift! 1966. The year The Beatles stopped touring, created by Ron Howard. Gala BLUE carpet première from London tonight, on live link to the cinema Cnema in Norrköping. Some videoclip from my actual birthday, June 26, 2016, press conference in Hamburg, was featured in the movie. It was brilliant! Oscars? A bonus was a totally freshed up The Beatles at Shea Stadium in New York. Still have “I Feel Fine” as inner lullaby soundttack! Thank you, Karin! ♡♡♡♡♡ Yoko Ono!

To Clean A Toilet | #blog101 #Music4Health #SoundTracking #Life #ToiletCleaning av Anders Abrahamsson
MUSIC FOR THE WEEKEND! Why not go ahead and clean that damn toilet? Why? Well, you know the answer … PS. A warning. When you are focused, in the zone, in your element – in short: IN FLOW – be there. In 25 minutes, then 5 mins break, then 25 minutes, again! Complete. Done. Check. And what might occur? Cleaning the full bathroom … or at least taking that grungy, shabby, dirty hole where the water runs out under the bathtub. While at it! Get my point? But a nice clean toilet to enjoy after a proud work done is…

Music For Health – The Community Stories – An Intro | #blog101 #Music4Health #CommunityStories
Coming so far in the challenge, so good! From my own deeper personal experiences shared in confidence yesterday, this stream of writing, imaging and sounds relates to what comes directly from the communities I thrive and live by, with and in. The flow of everydayness, where the focus and filtering is kept to prioritize environments and events to enrich my understanding of what music does for health. But how to define community? And what are the boundaries of a community? Hard to define, but I would say – community belonging marks a common interest, practice or denominator of some kind….
Music For Health – The Personal Experience – An Introduction | #blog101 #Music4Health #ThePersonalXP
“Coming to one-and-a-half year ago I collapsed. In the belly of my fiancée, was Mika. But we did not know then. That it was a Mika. But we knew we had a fetus with a heart disease, since a couple of weeks back. The anxiety and stress was raising. I wrote frenetically on my intended book – translated the first chapter to English. I was ready after an en excessively productive weekend in the fury of the anxiety. Sunday night, and I was a fragile fragment beyond reaching the goal. I was talking to my Karin, and we decided to visit…

As mentioned yesterday, in the #blog101 startup posting, I will deliver dedicated musical elements on Fridays and Sundays (also often embedded elements all other days).
