Here’s To You, Melanthie! (And Roland) | #blog101 #Congratulations #Music #Daylist

Melanthie Johansson. Widow to Hans Johansson. Bonus mother to my Karin, and my bro-thru-my-fiancée Roland. She turns 72 today! Hipp hipp hooray! Distance hugs from bonus step-son here! Hope your day was as great as it could be, down there in Cyprus! Hope to see you soon again! And, first-and-foremost – Mika wants to meet her bonus grand-mother!!!  Dedicated classical music listener, you are! As Tears For Fears (Roland, yeees?) so eloquently puts it in their Beatles Pastiche – Sowing The Seeds Of Love! My earworm this morning. Always with meaning to explore. A day like this! Landed in an…

Music For Health – Music For Cats? | #blog101 #Music4Health #cats

I haven’t heard it. But I just saw a testimonial on the site, http://musicforcats.com: “I work at an emergency veterinary hospital. Today we had a patient in incredible pain. He was on as much pain medication as we could give him, but he just couldn’t get comfortable. I put on Rusty’s Ballad for him on repeat, and he’s currently sleeping. Thank you so much for what you’ve created!” Backed by science, this project will be in my interest and subject for deeper studies in my research! Anyone heard and used it?

Music And Meaning | #blog101 #Music4Health #MondayMacroscope

I can deeply relate to this. I have had moments in life with actual and percieved loneliness. Where I only had me to be there for me. But I had one thing – music.  This insight, makes meaning. And meaning is the thing that moves moments passing by from just being content in life, to something deeper. Something beyond. I am in process to take care of insights in more structured manners. Help me share a vision where I end up doing formal research with the Main Artist on Stage in my show to set up – Music For Health….

Musical Therapy | #blog101 #Music4Health #MusicalTherapy

As I wrote about in the intro posting of “Music For Health – The Personal Experience”, I got literally lifted up from my ‘coma state’ after my collapse last year, by music. The tune is the first in a playlist I created later that summer, “Musical Therapy”. The list is filled with a lot of tracks for your healing purposes, so why not fill a Sunday Serenity Session with a random shuffle tune from this? More than 130 tunes, 16 hours of bliss!

Yello – Toy [ALBUM] | #blog101 #Music4Health #Yello

Yello: Dieter Meier, Boris Blank. One of my fav acts is Yello, who I’ve followed since mid-Eighties. They’ve released their 13th album, after some single releases, today. This sounds very Yello, an unmistakable trademark sound, delivered by Boris Blank and Dieter Meier. Just listened once, not so very concentrated. One tune really got Mika and me dancing, Lost In Motion.  Anyways, great news. Yello is alive! And, they will for the first time play live! In Berlin, end of October, four gigs. Check http://yello.com for details. Ok, go listen! Enjoy!

Who Can I Be Now? | #blog101 #Music4Health #DavidBowie #IdTuesday

Identity Tuesday.   In my intended book publishing, I wrote a full draft (in Swedish), on Medium, back in 2014 – before my collapse in 2015. There, I suggest Tuesdays to be dedicated to “Identity/Identities”. And then, identity in a very generic meaning. You place the specifics. But, for now, since my life in such a deep explorative mode (where the only self-evident is to do my very best to preserve and develop family health and well-being, all dimensions!), I tend to have my brain looped around “what to do with Music For Health, where, how, when, with whom” –…

Ambivalence | #blog101  #Music4Health  #MondayMacroscope

Ambivalence. That’s the best way to summarize here-and-now, when it comes to what to do and how in my field of choice for study – Music For Health. I am not going to elaborate and let my inner dialogue out in the writing, but to say – “Every little thing, is gonna be allright”, quoting Bob Marley. When you have vague directions, life still fills itself with content. I met Karin’s cousin Colinette Hammar for the first time. Nice! Thanks for sharing a fika, and the joy for Mika and the cats (in spite of your allergy for the latter)….

Mythologie by Delerium (ALBUM) | #blog101 #Music4Health #WeekendChill

Today, we had a need for a Deep Recover. We focused on doing something close to nothing. On the New Release inbox, I discovered an album by Delerium. Forever in my heart is the Trance Classic Remix by DJ Tiësto of Delerium’s “Silence”, we gave it a play. Yes, chill, was the word! Not intended to be a full review, view it just as an album tip. Enjoy!

Equinox? Equality? Equation? | #blog101 #Music4Health #QuickShare

Today. Equinox. Approx same amount of Solar Light and Night Shadow. Easy to have a Jean-Michel Jarre relapse. His second album, Equinoxe. Included in today’s dayplaylist. Welcome, Autumn! Pondering on how to get space and room for the lines of writing on music for health emerging inside of me, to form themselves outside. It will come. Wikipedia rule applies. “No deadline”. Quality assurance, comes with that principle. I am highly sensitive for stress, just have to deal with it. Simple! Good night!

World? Peace? Day? | #blog101 #Music4Health #WorldPeaceDay

In one way or another, I have found peace. Disturbances, there are. But in the core, resilient, strong. A sense of peace. I see the building blocks of a deep proof in this – My Love Heroes, at home, and in my extended social first-degree social network, all lines and categories! In Community Spirit, we make a difference! But we must make the Hard Knock of Work: Beginning with ourselves. Separate Signal from Noise. Begin with Silence. If you can live with Silence and level up your Listening to full power, then you Make Space for the Force of Peace,…
