As usual. Extra necessary today.
Creating! | #MikaTheHero
At Creative Workshop, Worker’s Museum, Norrköping. Same method as last time, different content, theme and story! Making own toys better than buying!

Tea-time over. Good night!
A day in Valdemarsvik | #Family
We made a little roundtrip to Valdemarsvik today – on demand by Mika! We took his whole wooden train set with us – following his strong will. A great little mini vacation. Thanks Hedwig for your hospitality and generosity!

Congratulations, John Lundvik! Check my Insta for a picflow tribute (and an all too late night for Mika)! But it is NEVER EVER EVER TOO LATE FOR LOVE! Now, very late for me as well, though. Good Night!
“It’s about fkkn HUMAN RIGHTS, dude!” | #IntlWomensDay
Period. Enuff said. Now on to some domestic work (cat litter boxes to get new sand), then getting The Mika from preschool. All, at the same time as Karin is with Hanna and her little big baby Luna in Linköping for an All Grrl Power Day! A special thought to my daughter Nadine and her mom too! KEEP STRONG, ALL WOMEN OUT THERE! AND ALL MEN AT THEIR SIDES! YOU HEAR? __ Img src: Viber
Eureka! A book … | #PhotoStory
I love new ideas. Inventions. Insight breakthroughs. This is a core in my future research to come. Just another book from the university library Campus Norrköping to flip through in my exploratory long-term search related to the theme ‘music for health’. Work in progress!
Mika Loves Emoji | #MikaTheHero
His last obsession is an Emoji Encyclopedia I got hold on at the February Annual Book Sale. This message I got today on my way to introduce Aikido to a group of students from my workplace (a secondary school, substitute teacher on call). I interpret it as a story with the message – “Good luck, daddy! Reach high!”. Thanks, Mika! All went fine!
A NorWayDay! | #DayFlow
Today we institutionalized “the laziest day of the year”. First Sunday in March! The very day when Vasaloppet takes place! The oldest and longest ski race in the world. 90 km – and turning 100 in three years! Norway won! And so, they did, as well, in the 50 km in Seefeld. Damn Norwegians! Anywebs, we went on with the Norwegian theme, and paid a visit to Arendal – where Mika truly loved Frost! Sunday Matinee at its best! Gotta love it. So. From restful recovery to sleepy serenity! Tomorrow brings back some action again, oh yeah!
