Today, my beloved intended-partner-for-life Karin turned 41. Chill, kicking xmas out of town (as rest of Sweden) according to traditions on Tyska Torget (“banktorget”), and a High Quality take-away pizza grabbed on our way home. Karin dived into her fav food reality show/competition of Australian flare and flavour, while I took an evening run. And finalized by Iron Man re-run on the telly together. In the midst of all – Mika, lovely as Always! Who gave Karin a check on unlimited hugs as birthday present! I love you forever, Akro … Woman?? Unconditionally! Period.

Today Karin and I celebrate ten years as a couple! We have had our ups and downs, challenges and joys, but first and foremost we have had each other! After many years, I have now graded to 2 kyu in Aikido (Takemusu Aiki, Iwama Ryu). Last time I graded was in May 2010, so it was about time! So many other things has happened in my life, coming in between me and my aikido development. Mika has some new shoes, Converse style. We were at the playground at Vasaparken today, and he took the opportunity to train walking with his new shoes. And it went great! Above a slideshow!
