Yello – Toy [ALBUM] | #blog101 #Music4Health #Yello

Yello: Dieter Meier, Boris Blank. One of my fav acts is Yello, who I’ve followed since mid-Eighties. They’ve released their 13th album, after some single releases, today. This sounds very Yello, an unmistakable trademark sound, delivered by Boris Blank and Dieter Meier. Just listened once, not so very concentrated. One tune really got Mika and me dancing, Lost In Motion.  Anyways, great news. Yello is alive! And, they will for the first time play live! In Berlin, end of October, four gigs. Check http://yello.com for details. Ok, go listen! Enjoy!

Mika’s Namesday | #blog101 #MikaTheHero

Today, our calendar said that Mikael had namesday. Mika is shortform for Mikael, so that’s the deal. Namesday, today! It’s also World Heart Day – where we get happy to be reminded how strong he has been coming out, beyond the acute heart insufficiency state last year at these days, prior to his pacemaker operation Oct 7, and getting the full setup of meds he is on now some weeks beyond that.  We love you, Mika! And, oh yes. On today’s daymix radio we heard another “Micah” – Michael Jackson and Billie Jean. A good sountrack as any. Cool song,…

Ambivalence | #blog101  #Music4Health  #MondayMacroscope

Ambivalence. That’s the best way to summarize here-and-now, when it comes to what to do and how in my field of choice for study – Music For Health. I am not going to elaborate and let my inner dialogue out in the writing, but to say – “Every little thing, is gonna be allright”, quoting Bob Marley. When you have vague directions, life still fills itself with content. I met Karin’s cousin Colinette Hammar for the first time. Nice! Thanks for sharing a fika, and the joy for Mika and the cats (in spite of your allergy for the latter)….

Mythologie by Delerium (ALBUM) | #blog101 #Music4Health #WeekendChill

Today, we had a need for a Deep Recover. We focused on doing something close to nothing. On the New Release inbox, I discovered an album by Delerium. Forever in my heart is the Trance Classic Remix by DJ Tiësto of Delerium’s “Silence”, we gave it a play. Yes, chill, was the word! Not intended to be a full review, view it just as an album tip. Enjoy!
