Musical Therapy | #blog101 #Music4Health #MusicalTherapy

As I wrote about in the intro posting of “Music For Health – The Personal Experience”, I got literally lifted up from my ‘coma state’ after my collapse last year, by music. The tune is the first in a playlist I created later that summer, “Musical Therapy”. The list is filled with a lot of tracks for your healing purposes, so why not fill a Sunday Serenity Session with a random shuffle tune from this? More than 130 tunes, 16 hours of bliss!

Yello – Toy [ALBUM] | #blog101 #Music4Health #Yello

Yello: Dieter Meier, Boris Blank. One of my fav acts is Yello, who I’ve followed since mid-Eighties. They’ve released their 13th album, after some single releases, today. This sounds very Yello, an unmistakable trademark sound, delivered by Boris Blank and Dieter Meier. Just listened once, not so very concentrated. One tune really got Mika and me dancing, Lost In Motion.  Anyways, great news. Yello is alive! And, they will for the first time play live! In Berlin, end of October, four gigs. Check http://yello.com for details. Ok, go listen! Enjoy!

And, oh yes. On today’s daymix radio we heard another “Micah” – Michael Jackson and Billie Jean. A good sountrack as any. Cool song,…

Who Can I Be Now? | #blog101 #Music4Health #DavidBowie #IdTuesday

Identity Tuesday.   In my intended book publishing, I wrote a full draft (in Swedish), on Medium, back in 2014 – before my collapse in 2015. There, I suggest Tuesdays to be dedicated to “Identity/Identities”. And then, identity in a very generic meaning. You place the specifics. But, for now, since my life in such a deep explorative mode (where the only self-evident is to do my very best to preserve and develop family health and well-being, all dimensions!), I tend to have my brain looped around “what to do with Music For Health, where, how, when, with whom” –…
