Music For Health – The Community Stories – An Intro | #blog101 #Music4Health #CommunityStories

Coming so far in the challenge, so good! From my own deeper personal experiences shared in confidence yesterday, this stream of writing, imaging and sounds relates to what comes directly from the communities I thrive and live by, with and in. The flow of everydayness, where the focus and filtering is kept to prioritize environments and events to enrich my understanding of what music does for health.   But how to define community? And what are the boundaries of a community? Hard to define, but I would say – community belonging marks a common interest, practice or denominator of some kind….

Music For Health – The Personal Experience – An Introduction | #blog101 #Music4Health #ThePersonalXP

“Coming to one-and-a-half year ago I collapsed. In the belly of my fiancée, was Mika. But we did not know then. That it was a Mika. But we knew we had a fetus with a heart disease, since a couple of weeks back. The anxiety and stress was raising. I wrote frenetically on my intended book – translated the first chapter to English. I was ready after an en excessively productive weekend in the fury of the anxiety. Sunday night, and I was a fragile fragment beyond reaching the goal. I was talking to my Karin, and we decided to visit…

Kicking off #blog101 – Editorial Intentions |  #blog101 #MusicForHealth

Today, I start a challenge – the Blog 101 Project (Sept 1 to Dec 31, posting almost every day)! In order to find a pathway onwards when it comes to the vast area and field of ‘Music For Health’, I intend to write 101 featured postings, one way or another related to this theme. In order to find some kind of regularity, I have an idea to associate every respective weekday with a category of postings. The main focus is an intended article series, to be posted on Thursdays – mainly focusing to identify sub-themes and starting points, for further…

Green lighted – next up – write two synopses! | #blog101warmup #Music4Health

Yes, I had to turn to that friend to get the answer what plural form of ‘synopsis’ is. Two, I aim for, as said yesterday. And that friend will be even more needed for that process! What friend? Google, of course! Another great friend will be Wikipedia. And Wiktionary. Anyways, at a work-therapeutic meeting today, all ok to progress! Now, that next crucial step. Do! Tomorrow, two meetings, related. The ball is rolling! Working titles set. Sharping the mindmapping and outlining pen. Then write! Nothing dramatic. Just an emerging day labour in sight and intention, where my passion gets moderated,…

101 – what? Sorting out and filter … ing! | #blog366 #PhotoStory

Handbook of Music and Emotion. A cornerstone for further explorative searches, on what to deliver and get leverage with in my creative writing process on Music For Health, beginning 1st of September, 2016. I have identified two focuses, to which I still need to narrow down and write synopsis on, respectively. Both have been tested in the ‘How’ aspect. Are they researchable? The answer is a sounding Yes! So – level up, we will! Now, leaving the University Library across the street, and returning home. Work Trial, this is. But, not formalized, yet. Emergence! Done! Soon!
