After a day at work, and then with Mika and Karin at the hospital, just got home with a refill of cat food! Hungry kitteh happy!
Three years ago. Mika one year and three weeks old.
She is a very nice little cat. I love you, kitteh! Soto says good night!

After some very hectic and intense two weeks, we needed to catch up, and just rest. So, be it. Good night!
Valentine’s day. Valentindagen. Alla hjärtans dag. All heart’s day! Eight billion hearts. Human. Beyond that. On earth. In universe? Who knows? Some relations are more important than others. But there is only one love! Period.

One peak moment in our relationship was of course seeing our son come to life, Mika. Soon three years ago! We also has seen Nadine grow up, now eleven years strong. Aikido. An integrated life philosophy, not just a “martial art”. Ai – harmony. Ki – life energy. Do – the way. Practice, and you will learn. Be in the flow of AiKi, and you will find the way to it. Do. With the practice, I keep centered and…

Of course, Uchi and Deshi are perfect family cats as well – three very distinct personalities, helping us out in the highs and lows. I do not have the…
